International

Australia

  • Samples: $7 delivery (6–7 working days)
  • Rolls: Free delivery (3-5 working days)

Europe

  • Samples: €3 delivery (3–5 working days)
  • Rolls: Free delivery (2–4 working days)

New Zealand

  • Samples: $10 delivery (6–7 working days)
  • Rolls: Free delivery (3-5 working days)

USA

  • Samples: $4 delivery (6–7 working days)
  • Rolls: Free delivery (1–3 working days)

All international orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via our nominated courier. This means the product price includes all applicable duties and taxes, with no additional charges on delivery.

 

Order & Delivery Notifications

Orders placed before 12pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, or on weekends and UK Bank Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from us with your courier tracking link.

The courier will then email you separately to confirm your delivery date.



Returns

We hope you’re delighted with your 1838 Wallcoverings. On the occasion you are not please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the situation. If you’re unhappy with your product we can provide an exchange or refund of the product price. We strongly recommend you order a sample in advance!

Examination before hanging is the hanger’s responsibility. No claim can be accepted for hanging incorrect wallcoverings. After hanging 2 or 3 lengths, inspect the result to ensure that no shading or other faults are present. No claim for hanging costs can be accepted once more than one roll has been hung.

All returns are at your cost and need to be done within 28 days. Unwanted products must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition. Once the product has been received back to 1838 Wallcoverings, we will contact you to arrange a refund.

** Please note: The above returns policy only applies when the rolls are purchased online through www.1838wallcoverings.com. If you’ve purchased rolls through a different retail outlet, please contact them directly for their refund policy.
