Refund policy
We hope you’re delighted with your 1838 Wallcoverings. On the occasion you are not please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the situation. If you’re unhappy with your product we can provide an exchange or refund of the product price. We strongly recommend you order a sample in advance!
Examination before hanging is the hanger’s responsibility. No claim can be accepted for hanging incorrect wallcoverings. After hanging 2 or 3 lengths, inspect the result to ensure that no shading or other faults are present. No claim for hanging costs can be accepted once more than one roll has been hung.
All returns are at your cost and need to be done within 28 days. Unwanted products must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition. Once the product has been received back to 1838 Wallcoverings, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
