- Samples: $5 delivery (untracked, usually 6–7 working days)

- Samples: $7 delivery (untracked, usually 6–7 working days)
- Rolls: $10 delivery (tracked, usually 1–3 working days)
Australia
- Samples: $8 delivery (untracked, usually 6–7 working days)

New Zealand
- Samples: $10 delivery (untracked, usually 6–7 working days)

International (All other countries)
- Samples: $10 delivery (untracked, usually 6–14 working days)
- Rolls: Free delivery (tracked, usually 3-5 working days)
All international orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via our nominated courier wherever possible. This means the price you see includes all applicable duties and taxes, with no additional charges on delivery.
Order & Delivery Notifications
Orders placed before 12pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, or on weekends and UK Bank Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Wallpaper rolls are dispatched using a tracked service and you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been sent. The courier will also email you separately to confirm your delivery date. Sample orders are sent untracked and will not include tracking details.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or local delivery conditions.
Returns
We hope you’re delighted with your 1838 Wallcoverings. On the occasion that you’re not, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation. If you’re unhappy with your product, we can offer an exchange or refund of the product price. We strongly recommend ordering a sample in advance to avoid disappointment.
Important – please check before hanging
It is the hanger’s responsibility to examine the wallcoverings before installation. No claims can be accepted for wallcoverings that have been hung incorrectly. After hanging 2–3 lengths, please inspect the result to ensure no shading, pattern mismatch, or other faults are present. No claims for hanging costs can be accepted once more than one roll has been hung.
Returns policy
All returns are at your cost and must be made within 28 days of delivery. Unwanted products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, undamaged, and in a saleable condition. Once the products have been received back by 1838 Wallcoverings, we will contact you to arrange your refund. We are unable to accept returns on sample orders.
Retailer purchases
Please note: This returns policy only applies to rolls purchased online through www.1838wallcoverings.com. If you’ve purchased rolls through a different retailer, please contact them directly for their own returns and refund policy.
